- • The 1st floor 'Atelier/Kantoorruimte' office space is a large separate unit on the rear portion of the 1st floor (above the bank extension), distinct from the residential apartment area. Area of ~280m² is consistent with CED report listing '280 m² Kantoorruimte' at Nivo 1.
