Extraction warnings

  • Plans are provided at two different scales: 1:50 for 1e and 2e Verdieping apartment floors, and 1:100 for Kelder + Gelijkvloers. This was taken into account.
  • Basement plan is labeled 'Uitvoeringsplan Kelderverdieping - geen schaal' (no scale), so basement room areas are estimated based on comparison with ground floor plan proportions.
  • The ground floor KBC bank office area breakdown into sub-spaces (advisory rooms, premium offices, etc.) is approximate as internal partitioning dimensions are not fully legible at available resolution.
  • The 1st floor 'Atelier/Kantoorruimte' office space is a large separate unit on the rear portion of the 1st floor (above the bank extension), distinct from the residential apartment area. Area of ~280m² is consistent with CED report listing '280 m² Kantoorruimte' at Nivo 1.
  • CED report states: Nivo 1: Appartement + circulatie = 149 m², Kantoorruimte = 280 m², Terrassen = 41 m²; Nivo 2: Appartement + circulatie = 136 m², Terrassen = 10 m². These official figures are more reliable than pixel-measured estimates.
